At Glidewell Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the shipment is securely sealed for transit.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
